It works but it's clunky and seems not too well thought out or designed. I don't think it needs to be so big but I do sometimes use it when I pick up a bunch of shirts from the cleaners or when I travel.I think some electrical wire tired in a loop would be just as good.

The hooks in my truck are above the back window, which makes using a bar impossible. These allow me to hang several items (on wire hangers) and still have a good view through the window as it hangs low enough. Also it makes it easy to carry these items into a hotel. Very sturdy. I often hang two items on one hanger in order to carry more. It will handle quite a bit of weight.
