As good as or better than the original Jaccard with the added bonus of being easy and fun to clean. It comes completely apart in 5 seconds and assembles just as easy. If you grill a lot of chicken and meat, you need this.

I'd give the product itself 5 stars. It does everything that it says that it will do. It's sharp, it pierces the meat nicely, it disassembles for an easy cleanup and it appears to be solid and durable. But I can't say that I care for the results. It turns every steak into a minute steak. Even if you manage to fluff your one inch steak back up to size it seams to dry out pretty quickly when it's on the grill because all the internal juices leak out through the puncture that you put in your meat. Sadly, I think my Jaccard is going to spend the rest of it's life in the cutlery drawer.

El producto llego en el plazo estipulado, es de diseño agradable y ergonómico.Me gusto mucho que se las cuchillas se pueden desensamblar para mejor limpieza y vienecon una cubierta plástica que ayuda a mantenerlo libre de polvo cuando no se usa, además esta aprobado por la NSF (National Sanitation Foundation).Sería deseable que viniera mas detallado un instructivo de como extraer las cuchillas.Excelente relación costo-beneficio

Used this for the first time a couple hours ago on a chunk of black bear meat. Tenderized it several times on both sides and in different directions. Could feel it braking down the fibres with every press. Put it in our foodsaver container with marinade for an hour and then on the BBQ. The whole family was amazed!!! Usually with bear and sometimes other game there may be a bit of chewing involved. Noticed this especially with the black bear. This tenderizer will be a staple for preparing all our wild game meals. Telling all my hunting buddies.

This tenderizer works well. I used it quite a bit in the past. Not so much anymore for 2 main reasons: first, it is a pain to clean. Better in the dishwasher. Secondly, the top part holds water so you really need to shake it out or it gets soapy water onto your food. Nevertheless, I am glad I have it and will use it occasionally.

Es un excelente producto, las navajas son muy filosas, lo que permite penetrar perfectamente los músculos de la carne, son fáciles de remover y de limpiar, además incluye una cubierta para evitar accidentes.
