This pan is beautiful, well made and gives great little flan cases for individual desserts. Great for entertaining.The pan itself is well made like all the Nordic Platinum range and washes easily in warm soapy water, so no need for the dishwasher. The cakes turn out easily if the pan is oiled and floured correctly.The service from Golda's kitchen was brilliant. Would use again. Fantastic mould. Classic nordicware quality. Very versatile. Can fill it with cream, custard, fresh fruits, buttercream. I made an Easter egg basket with cream, Cadbury flakes and chocolate eggs. Went down a treat!

Tolle Backform..endlich kann man mal in einervernüftigen Backform kleine Törtchen backen.Der Durchmesser dieser 6 Törtchen ist je.Törtchen ca. 8.5 cm. Habe schon viele Backformen von Nordic W. und alle sind sietop. Es sind Backformen die man in vieleGenerationen vererben kann. Wer einmal mit diesen Backformen gebacken hat..wird immerwieder begeistert sein. Volle Punktzahl.Und das beste ist...es bleibt kein Kuchenhängen.Das Gebäck fällt einfach so raus.

This makes really nice little basket cakes, though they can be a bit tricky to get to look just like the mold. I bought this as a berry shortcake mold and it worked fine with a store bought sponge cake mix. With more practice with Pam and a little flour dusting, I'm sure the results would be better.

Die Backformen von Nordicware sehen toll aus! Gebrauchen kann ich sie aber leider nur mit einem Antihaftspray, ansonsten hängt der Kuchen an, trotz einfetten, oder Semmelbrösel.

Ever want to bake little sponge cakes like those in your supermarket? This pan will let you bake six at a time, and the basket weave pattern will make them look very fancy. A very good recipe for shortbread comes with the pan, and the manufacturer posts another for chocolate. My wife and I have found that basic banana cake and sponge cake recipes everyone has favorites make a dozen cakes; keep the bowl of batter covered during the much shorter than usual baking time for the first batch. Or invest in a second pan if you have crowds to treat, as for fellowship times at churches and other organizations. We also tried a commercial gluten-free flour Amazon has a good selection with quite satisfactory results. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries -- can't wait for our hardy kiwi crop. And so many people have admired the pan that we have birthday and anniversary gifts covered for the coming year.
