It was the worst product of such a huge brand I saw in my life. When I tried to complain, Amezon's response was really pathetic and Prestige flatly refused to exchange it or to compensate in 5 months only when the warranty period was of one year..

Fake product I think. Have used nonstick vessels since 30 odd years. Never faced this problem. I have other prestige nonstick cookware I've been using till now and still good.Dont have maids so cant blame them either and we always use wooden spoons.

The product is good. I am a great fan of amazon for it's timely delivery. But one thing I noticed in two occasions that the product packages were opened. I am little bit doubtful whether I got the genuine products or not. Amazon should pay attention regarding that.

The non stick coating coming out in less than a month, even local quality utensils stay more. Tried to claim warranty but they told service center is in different city than mine and want me to go there physically along with the kadhai ??♂️

It is worthless... it is a defective item.... yesterday I first used it and i found that oven zig stuck to the base like a magnet when kadai is hot.I discovered that there are few tiny dents in the base of the item .....I am very disappointed......
