This is very special book to me. It is true that it contains lots of details about the author's and his company principles but it contains special gifts that I have not hear about before. The meritocracy approach is new approach that make Bridgewater Company on of the top investment companies in the world. I did not know that there is middle or better level between autocracy and democracy in life and work. Now I know what it is and how it works. I recommend this book for start-up companies and new entrepreneur.

This book is mainly about life style philosophies and organizational management/governance. However, I was expecting some chapters devoted to Ray Dalio's investment strategies which I could not find in the audio book nor his numerous references to the apps or PDF's.

This book had some deep insights and a great concept that everyone should write down their life principles.I like the way Dalio turned his principles into theories to be tested and then constantly honed and improved these through and the outcome was this book. He is very successful and it is always interesting to hear someone's thoughts who has attained so much in life.

At last! in book form, so you do not have to pinch it off the web. A wonderful exposition of honesty in business to enable processes to be put right leading to the best possible performance. To work with these principles you got to be both humble and hard nosed.

Ray Dalio busca contar a sua forma de operar e os pontos que ele percebe que foram os mais relevantes para o seu sucesso.Os principais pontos que me tocam nesse livro são a busca incessante do autor para se manter conectado a realidade e perceber como de fato as coisas são, ele sistematicamente mapeia e transforma em algoritmos o que ele percebe da realidade, sempre testando extensivamente as suas hipóteses antes de colocá-las em prática.É um livro que contém uma quantidade absurda de conhecimento, conselhos e recomendações, e tudo em caráter bastante prático. É uma ferramenta que pode ser extremamente útil para melhorar diversos aspectos da sua vida e de como você administra as coisas.
