Vacu Vin was established as a company in 1986 in order to manufacture and distribute the wine saver pump and vacuum bottle stoppers. The idea for the product emanated directly from the taste of spoiled wine – something that its inventors wanted to fading once a bottle had been opened. The Vacu Vin Wine Saver was the first device of its kind that was available to the international market. It is now used in over 35 million households and more than 80 countries throughout the world. The award – winning device has been repeatedly imitated by numerous other manufacturers, but the Vacu Vin Wine Saver is still recognised as the market leader. It Using a rubber stopper. The vacuum is created by placing a stopper into the neck of the opened bottle and pumping it until resistance is detectable. The pump incorporates a patented 'click' mechanism that indicates when a sufficient air tight environment has been establsihed. The Vacu Vin Wine Saver is suitable for all but sparkling wines. It is highly durable and easy to clean via wiping with warm water and conventional detergents (if necessary). The wine saver is also available in the following: 1) A traditionally shaped black or white colour that is accompanied by 2 x Grey stoppers; 2) A black or white pump that is packaged alongside 1 x Grey stopper; 3) A stainless steel pump that also contains 2 x Grey stoppers and 2 x Wine Server Crystal pourers; and 4) A larger black or white pump that has an enhanced vacuum – creation capacity. In addition, it can also be purchased as part of the Vacu Vin Wine Set, the wine saver gift set, the wine saver Concerto Gift Set and the wine essentials gift set (White/Purple or Black).

Per gli amanti di birra e vino di qualità, un utile prodotto per mantenerne il più possibile inalterate le caratteristiche una volta aperte le bottiglie , l'ho scoperto per caso e funziona abbastanza bene, anche se non si possa pretendere che i tappi in silicone durino molti giorni, a meno che ricreare il vuoto spesso, consiglio comunque di bere entro pochi giorni dall'apertura, in ogni caso vale la spesa .

Die Pumpe lässt sich sehr einfach bedienen und zieht schnell Vakuum. Die Stöpsel sind natürlich auch dicht, man kann eine abgebrochene Flasche damit also sehr gut transportieren. Für den Preis eine prima Anschaffung!

Comprato per mio papà, adesso non può più rimanere senza! Effettua egregiamente il suo compito, il vino rimane fresco anche a distanza di giorni, senza ottenere il solito gusto acetato. Facilissimo da usare, ottimi i 4 tappi in dotazione.

Acheté pour remplacer une pompe à vide dont j'ai perdu l'unique bouchon, j'ai choisi celle-ci pour deux raisons principalement, elle est livrée avec 4 bouchons et ceux-ci peuvent être racheté facilement... on ne m'y prendra pas deux fois.Pour le reste, la pompe et les bouchons fonctionnent bien, pas d'air qui rentre même après quelques jours. le léger "clic" que l'on entend lorsque l'on "pompe" est assez pratique pour savoir quand s'arrêter.Sur les photos, j'avais un peu peur de la matière dont les bouchons étaient fait, surtout pour le nettoyage, ça faisait un peu caoutchouc sur lequel toutes les poussières collent, mais franchement ça va. Donc pour ceux qui se posent la question, les bouchons se lavent bien, à voir dans le temps.Très content pour le prix
