Als ich diese Springformen bestellte, war ich auf der Suche nach Springformen mit 15cm Durchmesser. In der Beschreibung steht zwar, dass diese Springformen einen Durchmesser von 10cm haben, allerdings habe ich dies nicht gelesen sondern bin nur von dem Titel "15.54 x 11.17 x 11.176 cm" ausgegangen und habe auf 15cm Durchmesser geschlossen. Das war mein Fehler. Um solche Fehlschlüsse zu vermeiden, wäre es schön, wenn aus dem Titel der tatsächliche Durchmesser eindeutig hervorgehen würde. Die Springformen habe ich trotzdem behalten, da ich dringend Formen brauchte und es zu spät war anderweitig welche zu besorgen. Meine Kuchen liesen sich wunderbar aus den Formen lösen, sie waren gut gebacken und die Reinigung war sehr einfach. Die Formen haben eine sehr gute Beschichtung und sind gut verarbeitet. Ich bin rundum zufrieden, auch wenn ich eigentlich eine andere Größe erwartet hatte ;-).

One of the more frustrating issues in the kitchen is a flimsy spring form pan. These mini's are great as they are very sturdy with a high quality 'catch' that secures the base. I've tested them a few times with cheese cake and found I did not need to wrap them in tin foil for the water-bath method. There was no leakage due to the excellent seal. Very pleased and highly recommend

Son una excelente opción para hornear porciones individuales.Son fáciles de usar, pero OJO quizá puedas batallar un poco en limpiarlos ya que acumulan residuos en la orilla donde se ensambla el aro con la base, recomiendo usar un cepillo pequeño o un cuchillo con poco filo para limpiar esa parte.

I had read how the Instant Pot makes wonderful cheesecakes so I needed to get a set of small enough spring form pans to give it a try, These were about the right price, but you only get 3 of them. Sort of a problem for a family of 4. They are made quite well. The rivets for the buckle are a bit large on the inside of the pan and that makes them a bit more difficult to clean but hot water and a green scotch bright pad and your good to go. The bases are a bit more narrow than the top of the pan so you can't stack them one on top of the other in the Instant Pot. I found that I needed to put tinfoil over them and then I could offset stack two on the bottom and rest the third between the two on top.

In a rush of blood to the head, I decided to make Melton-Mowbray-ish pork pies. But what to make them in? So I ordered these pans from Amazon and what a great buy they turned out to be. They are the perfect size for a pork pie. The pastry went in quite easily. With these pies, you have to bake the pies for a while, then you have to take them out of the pans and put them back in the oven to cook the outside of the pies. This worked like a charm. So now I'm an expert at cooking pork pies, thanks to my springform pie pans! Move over, Jamie Oliver!

Si han comprado antes esta marca saben de la calidad de la misma. Esta ocasión son tres mini moldes (en serio son chicos) para pastel.Son perfectos para cuando te sobra un poco de mezcla para pastel o bizcocho y no quieres jugarle al mago sobrepasando la medida que se debe poner en tu molde y que se desborde en el horno.Excelentes

Definitivamente de mala calidad y mal fabricados los moldes no estaban bien sellados de la parte de abajo lo que ocasionó que se le saliera el preparado del pastel por lo tanto mi hormo se llenó todo de amasijo que se fue saliendo ....lejos de ser un momento que disfrutara al hornear mis pasteles minis tuve que abrir el horno limpiarlo pasarlos a otros molde y pues todo un caos ....me desilusiona mucho y aunque devolví el producto y me devolverán mi dinero....mi tiempo y el mal momento pues no se recupera. Espeor esta nota que en mi caso no fue favorable les sirva a otros para tomar su decisión.

Ich will sie nicht mehr missen. Sie sind dick, stabil, wärmebeständig und trotz mehrfacher Nutzung ist nicht ein einziger Kratzer drin. Sie halten viel aus und fühlen sich auch sehr hochwertig an. Die damit gebackenen Kuchen haben eine schöne Größe und reichen mit allem drum und dran für etwa 12 Portionen.

Es un tamaño ideal para un postre individual. Estaba nerviosa porque leí algunos comentarios de que se filtraba la masa. Yo los he ocupado 2 veces para hacer cheesecake y no se ha filtrado nada.Los compre en Amazon USA, así que el empaque llego todo feo y un molde estaba ligeramente doblado, pero nada que no se pudiera solucionar. Le volví a dar la forma circular yo misma.No se pega la masa de cheesecake. Me encantaron.
