Bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas as she's always wanted to have a high quality knife. It's an incredible blade and anything I could compare it to would be insulting. I never thought it was worth spending a lot of $$$ on a knife, but boy was I wrong.

I love the knife, it was a gift to a young chef and he was delighted with it.My one regret is I cancelled 2nd knife and have a cancellation number, but I have been charged for two knives. Ich als Köchin brauche scharfe Messer und Zwilling ist da einfach die richtige Wahl. Es ist soo scharf und liegt suuper in der Hand. Nicht zu schwer und nicht zu leicht und der Griff ist super, das ganze Messer ist super.
